If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return any full priced products within 14 days from receiving the order.

Please note that shipping costs are not covered by VIVOROSA when sent back, we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Our team will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect condition, unworn and with all the original packaging.

We have the right to deny a return if it doesn't meet our policy requirements.
