Orders may be placed directly of legal age who are under legal disability.
A valid e-mail address is required from the customer in order to receive information about their order.
We reserve the right to modify the limits for the quantity and/or types of products that may be purchased at any time.
The customer is responsible for selecting the articles of interest for him/her. The shopping bag contains any order summary and description of the product(s) ordered, including measurements and sizes (when applicable), the total price of the products ordered including any shipping costs and digital photograph with provides a representation of the products available on our "Website".
We take all appropriate measures to ensure the photographs on the "Website" faithfully represent the original products, including technological means to reduce inaccuracies as much as possible, certain variations are possible also due to the customer's computer's technical characteristics and colour resolution. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the graphic representation of the Vivorosa products displayed on the "Website" for the above technical reasons.
The Customer is asked to verify the content of their shopping bag before completing the purchase form in accordance with the instructions provided on the "Website", and to confirm that a payment shall be due buy him/her and that he/she has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
Product prices does not include taxes and duties.
The price of each product is displayed for the Customer prior to completion of the order.
The total price is displayed in the Customer's shopping bag.
3.Completing the order
The order process is complete once the Customer confirms and submits the order. Upon confirmation, the order is received by Vivorosa. Following this, the Customer receives a thank you message and order confirmation.
The Customer may automatically cancel the order before its completion by exiting the "Website".
Once the order is confirmed, another message is sent out to the Customer to inform them that the product(s) is being delivered to desired location selected.
In some cases, a tracking number is also provided.
4.Conditions of Payment
The Customer must make payment via one of the payment methods indicated in the order form.
To confirm, the Customer must confirm on the "Website" that he/she is the card holder by providing the name, number, expiration date and security code indicated on the card.
We do not debit any amount from the credit card until your order has been confirmed and the product(s) are available in the time of the process. We do not apply extra costs for the credit card payments.
If for any reason the amount due by the Customer cannot be debited, the sale process is automatically cancelled.

The products purchased online are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer only once the payment of the order has been registered, except where Vivorosa informs the Customer of acceptance of the order or cancellation.
The "Website" should automatically recognize the Country from you are connecting and shipping to.
6.Terms of Conditions of Sale for "Request Availability" products
We offer our Customers the opportunity to get email notification for items that are currently in production or that are no longer available and may be coming back in stock.
In order to receive such notification, click the "Request Availability" botton on any sold out product(s) and size (when applicable)
This process does not grant you any booking rights with regard to any relevant product. Once you receive the notification email you will need to complete the standard online procedure order to purchased desired product while still available.
