For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday / Tuesday. Please note we do not ship out products during holidays.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When shopping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Please note that shipping costs are not covered by VIVOROSA when sent back, we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Our team will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect condition, unworn and with all the original packaging.
We have the right to deny a return if it doesn't meet our policy requirements.
Not all shoes fit the same, so here at VIVOROSA we're happy to accept exchanges on any product that is still unworn. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 2-5 working days to process.
It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by VIVOROSA when sent back to us.
Feel free to pick, you can exchange your item for any size or item (as long as its in stock) and we send them back to you at no additional cost. We can offer 1 exchange every item.
If you wish to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don't worry. We'll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods.
Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item instead.
We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.

RETURNS OF FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the products received are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you may apply for a refund or replacement of the purchased order within 14 days from the date the order was received.
