All our deliveries are handled by UPS & FedEx.
Orders typically ship within 1 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday / Tuesday. Please note we do not ship out products during holidays.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return any unworn item within 30 days from receiving the order.

TO PROCESS RETURN REQUEST
Please note that shipping costs are not covered by VIVOROSA when sent back, we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Our team will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect condition, unworn and with all the original packaging.
We have the right to deny a return if it doesn't meet our policy requirements.
Please note shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect, or any other in which VIVOROSA is responsible for.
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order.

RETURNS OF FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
