Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When shopping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Due to restrictions from our financial partners, Vivorosa does not ship outside of Canada and the United States.

How do I return an item?

Instore:
With original receipt of purchase, you may return or exchange any non sale item within 14 days. All items must be in their original box. They must be in unworn and perfect conditions.
Online:
Online orders must be shipped back to us at your own expense within 14 days from shipping date.

Can I return or exchange sale items purchased online?

Yes, we accept returns on sale items for store credit only. This is only applicable when purchased online and within the 14 day of the original order date. Merchandise must be in brand new condition, unworn and with the original packaging.

Is the online and in-store policy the same?

Online and In-store are slightly different. In-store purchases of sale items are final sale. Online purchases of sale items can be returned within 14 days of original order for store credit only. Both Online and In-store policy of regular priced items are fully refundable within 14 days of order or purchase. They will be refunded to the same payment method originally used.

How will I be refunded & when will I receive my refund?

You will be refunded to the original account and card of purchase.
